I'M MELANIE

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a natural curiosity about people—what makes them tick and why they behave the way they do.
Alongside that, I’ve always felt a deep passion for helping others, and I knew from an early age that this was my purpose. This passion led me to study Psychology and then specialise in Health Psychology, so I could understand human health behaviours and use that knowledge to help improve people’s lives. After all, without our health, what do we really have?
Even with a master’s degree in health psychology, I felt something was missing. I didn’t yet have the tools to help people make real, lasting changes.

That’s what led me to health coaching. By combining the science of Psychology with coaching skills, I can now help people truly understand their behaviours and take steps toward sustainable change, transforming their health and their lives.
I’ve been on my own health journey too. I’ve overcome insomnia, sugar addiction, and burnout, and I know firsthand how challenging it can be to make those changes. Now, I’m here to help others do the same, guiding them toward better health, balance, and vitality.
As a health coach, I understand that health is not just limited to fitness and nutrition, but encompasses our mental and emotional wellbeing as well. I work with my clients to develop a personalised plan that takes into account their unique needs and challenges.
